Network Calendar
One of the wonderful things about living on Guemes is our sense of community
and this calendar has been created to provide a place to connect with
others
during the ferry haul-out. During the ferry haul-out some of our Island
friends and neighbors may need extra support to manage without the use
of their
cars. Guemes Island Neighborly Network is a place you can go to lend a
hand
or ask for some help. 
Do you need something picked up in town during the haul-out? Post a message
and hook up with someone who can run that errand for you.
Do you have a car on
the island and want to help people get home from the ferry? Post a message
and let people know that you can help.
Do you need help getting on to the ferry during the beach landings? Post
a message and find a partner to walk with you on the slippery gravel.
Do you have an extra hand or a strong arm for carrying bundles?
Post a message and let people know that you can help with carrying groceries
or packages.
Do you need a ride on the other side because you
don't have a car in Anacortes? Post a message and find someone you can
hop in with.
Please use this
calendar to offer help to your neighbors and to ask for any help you need.
No request for help is too small and no request is a burden.
All offers of help
are welcome and appreciated. It's the neighborly way!
